Key Responsibilities
- Safely install, maintain, and repair a variety of roofing materials, including tiles, metal, and shingles
- Interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient installation
- Collaborate with the team to identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during projects
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work workplace
- Participate in continuous training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
What We\'re Looking For
- Formal trade qualification in roofing or a related building trade
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a qualified roofer in the residential or commercial construction industry
- Proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of roofing materials
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation
