An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Advisor - Talent Development to join the Keyton P&C, based either in our Melbourne or Sydney office. This role will be responsible for supporting key People and Culture Projects and Centre of Excellence programs of works.
Joining the team on a 12-month fixed term contract, the successful candidate will play a key part in enhancing the employee experience at Keyton by supporting initiatives across attraction, retention, development, and engagement.

Connect as One Team
* Collaborate closely with our Business Excellence team to keep our People & Culture (P&C) processes fresh and effective - this includes updating process maps and helpful guides for areas like Talent, Employee Surveys, WGEA, and Learning
* Make sure all our systems and documents reflect our brand and align with our policies, so everything we do feels connected and consistent
Realise the Opportunities
* Help shape meaningful employee experiences by building and testing key lifecycle events in our systems (i.e. performance reviews and goal setting)
* Support the designing and delivering engagement surveys and people planning tools that help us listen, learn, and grow
* Bring fresh ideas to the table to improve how we deliver P&C services and reduce risks
* Keep all related documents up-to-date, easy to find, and well-organised

* Take the lead on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives and help bring our DE&I Strategy to life through meaningful P&C led activities

Role Requirements
* Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or related business discipline
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a multidisciplinary customer-focused organisation as a P&C Project Manager or Strategic Business Partner
* An exceptional eye for detail, with a meticulous and methodical approach to tasks and projects
* Proficiency in data collection and reporting
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
