Key Responsibilities:
* Processing customer orders, data entry, and invoicing
* Managing phone calls and emails from customers professionally and efficiently
* Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
* Maintaining accurate customer records, filing, and correspondence
* Assisting with other office operations as required
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in administration or sales support
* Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and data management systems)
* Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
