Network Administrator
Role
This role supports the operation and sustainment of critical technology environments. As a Network Administrator, you'll provide hands‑on support across infrastructure, endpoints, and networks—working closely with cross‑functional teams to keep systems stable, secure, and operational.
Your duties will include:
* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across all supported products and environments
* Log, triage, and assist with resolution of support requests
* Maintain and administer DCR and SDTE infrastructure and endpoints
* Support upgrades, updates, and maintenance activities across environments
* Conduct auditing and asset management of ICT materiel at unit locations
* Participate in product testing, evaluation, and maintenance activities in line with defined processes
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
* Demonstrated experience in IT administration, including physical and virtual network devices
* Experience working within ADF systems and networks
* Proven ability to operate effectively in cross‑functional or project‑based teams
* Strong foundational understanding of network and infrastructure support
* Certified SAFe Practitioner (mandatory for COSPO personnel – can be completed upon engagement)
