 
        
        We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join a rapid growing team. This is a full-time, office-based role, focused on calling warm leads provided by the company — no cold calling involved. You'll engage with potential customers over the phone, assess their HVAC needs, recommend suitable solutions, and close sales with confidence and professionalism. 
Key Responsibilities 
Call and follow up on qualified leads provided by the company 
Engage customers to understand their home or business heating/cooling needs 
Recommend appropriate HVAC solutions (ducted, split, VRF systems, etc.) 
Prepare and send proposals, and follow through to close the sale 
Attend qualified leads provided by the company and conduct in-home or site assessments for heating and cooling systems, if required 
Stay updated on product offerings, rebates, and energy-efficiency incentives 
What We're Looking For 
Robust interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) 
Previous experience in HVAC, solar, electrical, or home improvement sales (preferred) 
Confident phone manner and ability to build trust with clients quickly 
Valuable understanding of heating and cooling systems (ducted/split systems a plus) 
Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple, customer-friendly way 
Reliable, well-organised, and goal-driven 
Valid driver's license and own vehicle (required for site visits, when necessary)
