Duties and Responsibilities
* Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments and deliver state-of-the-art treatment programs for patients with hand and upper limb injuries or diseases.
* Splint and Cast Manufacturing: Manufacture static and dynamic splints and casts, and provide complete wound care.
* Liaison and Communication: Liaise with key stakeholders and surgeons regarding the rehabilitation process.
* Reporting and Documentation: Prepare written reports on patient progress and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a large team environment. A Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy and at least 2 years' experience working within the profession are required.
