About the Role
This full-time position requires a motivated and experienced retail professional capable of managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, and overseeing the financial and operational performance of the store.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Plan, organise, and control the daily operations of the retail outlet
* Lead, supervise, and train staff to deliver efficient service and achieve sales targets
* Manage rostering, payroll records, and staff performance appraisals
* Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, and company standards
* Monitor revenue and expenses and prepare reports for management
* Manage purchasing, inventory control, and supplier relations
* Conduct store merchandising, visual presentation, and promotional activities
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
* Implement company policies and improve operational processes
* Develop local marketing strategies and seasonal promotions
Qualifications and Experience
* At least 1 year of full-time experience in a management role
* Proven leadership and communication skills
* Experience with budgeting, reporting, and team development
