Dicker Access and Surveillance (DAS)

What you will do in the role
Primary
* Technical Sales at the Trade Counter.
* Support and assist team with technical solutions and questions
* Use business software packages to quote and process orders
* Pick, pack and ship orders both internal and external
* Upskill technical knowledge on DAS product suit
General
* Provide excellent customer service to all Trade Counter customers.
* Maintain inventory levels in the local branch warehouse to encourage business growth.
* Provide support to colleagues in a team environment
* Develop and maintain strong product & process knowledge of all Dicker DAS Vendors.
* Acquire and maintain vendor Sales Certifications as required
* Always present a professional image to Customers and Vendors
* Maintain the integrity of the Trade Warehouse and Storefront.
* Take all reasonably practicable steps to maintain the health and safety of yourself and others, and to minimise risks.
* Follow Dicker Data's policies, procedures, and reasonable instructions at all times
What you will need to succeed in the role
* Professional communication skills
* Excellent relationship building skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to provide sales advice for a range of products and services
* Ability to manage and resolve customer issues and complaints
* Ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously Intermediate MS Office proficiency
