Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and contribute to significant infrastructure projects in Southeast Queensland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantities, and pricing for water and sewer infrastructure projects.
* Maintain high standards of quality assurance by conducting thorough site investigations and condition assessments.
* Collaborate with clients to review their designs and drawings to support the development of a Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
* Assess design risks and propose alternative solutions to enhance constructability.
* Coordinate document control for pre-contract activities.
* Conduct site inspections and assess project-specific conditions.
* Develop efficient project schedules and coordinate with delivery teams.
* Interpret specifications, standards, and designs to identify potential cost implications.
* Pursue first-principles estimates and submissions.
* Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes with precision.
Requirements
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in civil infrastructure estimating or project delivery.
* Experience in water/wastewater is preferred but not mandatory.
* Proficiency in Expert Estimator software or similar.
* Strong capability with MS Suite, Outlook, and MS Project/Primavera.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen.
* A current Driver's Licence.
