We are seeking a driven and experienced Maintenance, Asset & Facilities Manager to lead our Central Support Group (CSG) across Australia. This role is based at our Henderson workshop and will oversee the planning, maintenance, and strategic management of our facilities, assets, and support services ensuring consistent, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
 * Oversight of all plant, facilities, logistics, and asset support services across Australia.
 * Ensuring regulatory and legal compliance across all asset and facility functions.
 * Promoting a proactive approach to maintenance, aiming for 100% uptime of equipment.
 * Implementing cost-effective strategies that reduce operational overhead and support bottom-line profitability.
 * Leading project asset logistics, ensuring all loadouts are executed on schedule and within budget.
 * Maintaining accurate and timely certification of all EnerMech equipment and assets.
 * Championing continuous improvement strategies including 5S and lean methodologies.
 * Building strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and project leaders.
 * Aligning facility, asset, and maintenance activities with business needs and major project demands.
 * Maintaining a strong safety culture and leading incident investigations alongside HSE.
 * SUPPORTING business line leaders with asset replacement strategies and cost-control initiatives.
Requirements
 * Minimum 8 years' experience in the oil and gas, mining or processing plant sectors.
 * Experience in maintenance and facilities management within the resources industry.
 * Confident dealing with customers, vendors, and site teams across Australia, with a solid understanding of how to build strong working relationships.
 * Proven leadership experience in asset management, facilities oversight, or industrial maintenance.
 * Solid understanding of logistics, maintenance scheduling, and asset lifecycle management.
 * Strong people management skills with a focus on employee development, engagement, and performance.
 * Demonstrated ability to drive HSE, quality, and compliance standards.
 * Financial acumen to manage and report on budgets, cost control, and supplier payments.
