The Role As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Solicitor, Discharge, and Mortgage Clerk Teams. You’ll be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive admin support to legal and mortgage teams. Manage incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency. Coordinate settlement bookings with third parties. Prepare and verify security packets for lenders. Handle incoming/outgoing mail and scanning duties. Confirm mortgage registrations and liaise with solicitors on unregistered mortgages. Perform accurate data entry and system updates using Lextech software. Respond to lender instructions in line with service level agreements. Assist with ad hoc tasks from solicitors and the executive team.
