Job Opportunity: Aviation Partnership Specialist
The Partnerships for Aviation initiative aims to strengthen the Pacific aviation sector by enhancing safety, quality, and reliability. The advisory team will provide technical guidance, analysis, and capacity-building support to key stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on cross-cutting priorities such as GEDSI, climate change, MEL, safeguarding, training, and skills development.
* Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of activities that integrate thematic areas.
* Develop and review policies, strategies, guidelines, and frameworks relevant to aviation partnerships.
Advisers will work collaboratively with Pacific ministries, regulators, airports, airlines, civil society, and regional partners. They will report to a nominated Activity Lead and may also participate in coordination meetings or program reviews.
