Responsibilities
* Role 1: WA/SA Business Development Manager
* Role 2: NSW Business Development Manager
The Mission:
* Expand: Identify and dominate untapped national territories.
* Connect: Build high-level broker and corporate alliances.
* Solve: Turn complex insurance products into strategic client wins.
* Evolve: Influence product design using direct market intelligence.
Qualifications (Your DNA)
* High-Octane: Proven track record of opening doors and smashing targets.
* Executive Presence: You speak the language of the C-Suite and the broker alike.
* Industry Savvy: General Insurance experience is essential (Farm/Commercial experience is a major plus).
* Self-Starter: You don't need a map; you're the one drawing it.
