About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious HR Driver who would like to join the team as a Rear Lift Driver. In this role, you will operate a rear lift waste collection vehicle, ensuring timely and efficient collection of waste and recyclables from designated routes.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate rear lift trucks in compliance with company and road safety regulations.
* Perform daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues.
* Collect and transport waste/recyclables according to scheduled routes.
* Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and the public.
* Maintain accurate records of collections and deliveries.
Requirements:
* Valid HR driver's license (with clean driving record) and a minimum of 2yrs recent experience
* Previous experience operating rear lift trucks preferred but not essential
* Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
* Ability work long shift 10/12hr days and Saturdays when required
* Ability to pass a DAS and medical if required
