We are seeking a conscientious Assistant Store Manager to join our team and help create lasting customer experiences at stores in Central and South Queensland, including:
* Newstead
* Maryborough
* Toowoomba
You will be the heartbeat of our store, working alongside the Store Manager to elevate customer satisfaction and boost team performance.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Leading and inspiring: Coach, mentor, and develop your team to shine.
* Managing operations: Ensure the store runs smoothly, remains welcoming, and maintains positive energy.
* Customer service: Resolve inquiries with patience and professionalism, leaving customers satisfied.
* Training: Support onboarding and equip new team members to deliver exceptional service.
