Your role at the hospital will be to provide high-level personal assistance, secretarial and clerical support to senior medical staff in their private practice.
You will ensure that all appropriate administrative processes are carried out to prepare patients adequately for their outpatient appointments and/or in-patient hospitalization.
Key responsibilities include:
* Patient billing, revenue collection, and debtor follow-up
* Practice communication – phone, reception, correspondence, and patient information
* Operating list administration for private patients – scheduling, and liaison with hospital staff and other personnel
To succeed, you will have experience working in a busy hospital environment as a PA or Secretary. You will possess accurate data processing/keyboard skills and advanced MS Office suite skills.
