Your part in our Blue Care team
* Provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life
* Spend time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one‐on‐one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities
* In‐home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing
* Provide care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
* Support with community based recreational and social activities
* Transport and assist with shopping and appointments
Qualifications and Requirements
* Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
* Current Australian driver's licence and roadworthy vehicle as required (Applicable only for Personal - Carer - Community Aged Care)
* Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
* Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
