Job Title: Business Partner, PXT
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. This is a hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our teams.
* Implement HR initiatives to drive and maintain an overall culture of excellent employee relations and communication.
* Coaching and mentoring of leaders from across the Fulfillment Center teams.
* Proactive gathering of data from appropriate sources to drive decision making.
This role will be based on-site working Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate will have:
Basic Qualifications
* 3+ years of human resource business partner or blend of operations and HR experience.
* Experience as a human resource business partner or a blend of operations and HR.
* Experience supporting hourly employee client group.
* Experience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
* Experience in human resources at companies supporting large associate groups.
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Payroll Systems or HRIS.
