What you'll contribute to
Step into our District Sales Manager position, where you'll steer the success of our Dealer network by implementing smart sales strategies and operational excellence. You'll be the engine behind achieving sales volumes, dealership profitability, and guest satisfaction-today, tomorrow, and well into the future.
Join our Field Operations Division and take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing across vehicle sales, fleet, aftersales, marketing, and franchise development. Your mission is to bulletproof our Dealer network and accelerate performance in guest satisfaction, market share, and profitability.
This is a permanent role based at Acacia Ridge and would require travel every month.
How you'll make an impact
* Fuel Sales Success : Roll out best-practice sales processes to hit and exceed regional targets.
* Shape Strategy: Help craft sales plans that drive guest satisfaction and align with our long-term vision.
* Drive Performance : Analyse reports, stock levels, and dealer visits to uncover opportunities and implement smart solutions.
* Optimize Inventory: Recommend the right stock mix to keep our dealerships thriving and targets on track.
* Build Partnerships: Collaborate with stakeholders to solve challenges, streamline operations, and support retail growth.

* Degree qualification or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in sales / marketing
* Understanding of the Dealer network is desirable
