About The Role
Western NSW Local Health District seeks new and experienced midwives to join their modern, state-of-the-art Maternity Units. You will be a key part of the multidisciplinary team providing woman-centred care tailored to individual needs, expectations, and aspirations to promote optimal pregnancy outcomes.
Our goal is to build healthier rural communities, and midwives are vital in achieving this. You will work with diverse populations across various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, experiencing different models of care. In a modern facility, you will support women and their pregnancies, making a real difference in their lives.

Rural Health Workforce Incentives Scheme
You may qualify for a $20,000 sign-on bonus if relocating from metro, interstate, or international locations (evidence required). Otherwise, incentives or allowances up to $10,000 may apply, with retention incentives of up to $10,000 after 12 months. Incentives for part-time roles are pro-rated.
