Key responsibilities include
* Craft a variety of traditional French pastries, including croissants, éclairs, tarts, and macarons.
* Collaborate with our team to develop innovative menus.
* Ensure high standards of quality, PRESENTATION, and TASTE in all baked goods.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of French pastry techniques.
* Familiarity with fringe baking methods and a willingness to experiment with flavors and textures.
* Passion for baking and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
