About The Position
As a key member of the sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing accurate demand-based sales forecasts.
* Utilizing statistical forecasting software and commercial acumen, you will create sales forecasts that integrate with the Supply Plan and Business Unit/Divisional plans to drive business growth.
* You will develop aggregate demand forecasts and supporting assumptions on a monthly basis for use in the Demand Review and Sales & Operations Planning Meetings to inform strategic decisions.
* Establish, maintain, and utilize forecasting tools and processes for developing the demand plan to optimize supply chain efficiency.
* Manage key KPIs to measure the accuracy/bias in demand forecasts to drive continuous improvement.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for supply planning, including the master production scheduler, to manage change and balance supply/demand to achieve optimal customer service levels.
* Lead the Sales & Operations Planning process for assigned Business Units to ensure alignment with business objectives.
