Associate Director Role
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on shaping culture, optimising service delivery and inspiring teams to achieve their best. As Associate Director, you will lead a diverse team responsible for the seamless delivery of essential services across a large and complex portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide inspirational leadership to multidisciplinary teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Drive and implement change management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee the delivery of integrated maintenance, grounds, fleet, cleaning, security and minor works services.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, budgets and risk management frameworks.
• Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from executive leaders to frontline teams and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with all legislative, safety and quality standards.
• Champion sustainability, innovation and best practice in all aspects of operations.
• Prepare and present clear, strategic reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
• A proven leader with experience in complex, service-driven environments—your background could be in operations, property, infrastructure or another sector where people and service matter.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams through change and transformation.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and contracts.
• A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline are desirable, but proven leadership and change management experience are key.
