About the Role
A leading professional services firm is delivering a major business transformation focused on margin improvement and sustainable growth .
We are seeking a Head of Business Development Growth to lead the revenue workstream within a high impact program team.
This role will drive immediate revenue uplift while shaping scalable commercial strategies through process optimisation, automation, AI enablement, and new revenue models.
Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the revenue growth plan, including both rapid wins and scalable commercial initiatives.
Lead the design, testing, and rollout of new revenue models (e.g., service fees, subscription, advisory).
Engage with the Executive Team, EA, PMO Lead, and board to ensure alignment and report on progress.
Provide commercial input into program planning, resource allocation, and performance management.
Track, analyse, and communicate revenue results, ensuring board-ready transparency.
Required Experience 10 years experience in business development, commercial strategy, or revenue leadership, ideally within professional services or consulting.
Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue uplift in complex, matrixed organisations.
Strong financial modelling capability and senior stakeholder management skills.
Experience reporting to C suite and board level stakeholders.
Exposure to legal, IP, or consulting environments.
Experience leading rapid commercial or revenue transformation initiatives.
Ability to operate across Sydney and Melbourne in a hybrid working model.
Experience building, leading, or scaling high performing business development teams.
