Blue Lagoon Float and Spa is a Mediterranean-inspired bathhouse that transports clients to the ancient world of Roman rituals, where timeless wellness traditions meet modern therapies. The spa offers Floatation Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Massage, HydroPeptide and Waterlily Facials, LED and Hydro-dermabrasion, Body Treatments, Hair Spa, and more.
About the Role:
At Blue Lagoon we are looking for a Senior Beauty Therapist to bring leadership, skills and knowledge to your work. This casual role offers flexibility (3–5 days per week) with the opportunity to work at either Hyde Park or Fulham Gardens or across both of our beautiful locations. This role is ideal for therapists who love transforming skin with luxurious facials, delivering deeply relaxing massage, and engaging in holistic wellness treatments.
Thursday evenings and Saturday availability is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of spa and beauty treatments to the highest standard:
- Facials (Waterlily & HydroPeptide)
- Massage (Relaxation, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Pregnancy)
- Hydro-dermabrasion & LED therapy
- Body Treatments
- Provide exceptional client care with a calming, intuitive presence
- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and uphold spa rituals and ambiance
- Meet KPI's for rebooking and retailing
- Adhere to all protocols and contribute to a tranquil team culture
- Participate in ongoing training and growth opportunities
What You Will Bring:
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy – must have 2 years' experience in the industry
- Proven experience in facials, massage, and body treatments
- A calming and qualified presence
- Strong communication, practical thinking and initiative
- Immaculate grooming and presentation
- Passion for wellness, ritual, and holistic beauty
- Bonus: Experience in IPL, RF, Carbon Facials, or Body Contouring - ONLY available at Fulham Gardens Location (training provided)
- Flexibility to work at either Hyde Park and/or Fulham Gardens
