This role is an exciting opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to a team in a fast-paced public sector environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing executive and secretarial support, including preparation of agendas, live minute-taking at council meetings, and distribution of business papers.
Responsibilities will include providing administration support to the overall team, including processing invoices and raising purchase orders.
In addition, the successful candidate will possess flexibility to work after hours as required, with penalty rates applying.
* Main Responsibilities:

Requirements
* Key Requirements:
* Minimum 12 months experience in a corporate or executive support role
* Previous strong experience taking live meeting minutes
* Flexibility to work after hours as required
