As the Rehabilitation Social Worker, you will be able to provide, plan and deliver comprehensive, high quality patient care for the community of Wagga Wagga. What you'll be doing:
Using innovative, evidence-based skills and interventions, you will professionally support individuals seeking service at the Wagga Wagga Ambulatory Rehabilitation Service and inpatients of the Rehabilitation Ward at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital. You will take a clinically informed approach and provide respectful, person-centred care, tailored to individual's needs. Central to your role will be employing an individualised, holistic approach to care, incorporating comprehensive care planning to address the diverse physical, emotional, and social aspects of each person's journey.
A Social Worker position in the Rehabilitation Unit offers a challenging and rewarding specialisation. It provides the opportunity to take pride in the field, with a strong focus on human rights and intellectually stimulating work.

Criteria:
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
* Current Tertiary Social Worker Qualification in the relevant discipline and eligibility for membership of an appropriate Australian professional association in the discipline.
* Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and proven problem-solving ability within a clinical setting.
