The Role: What You'll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the "voice of the brand." You don't need to be a water expert yet, we will train you
* Handle customer enquiries via inbound calls, emails, and live chat.
* Manage a diverse range of enquiries across our innovative product lines.
* Deliver standout service by going the extra mile for every customer.
* Collaborate with your team to maintain our reputation for excellence.
About You
We are looking for someone with an exceptional attitude and a passion for helping others.
* You have recent experience in Customer Service or Sales.
* You are proficient with PCs and can learn new programs quickly.
* You may be from a different industry, but you are eager to learn and thrive in a new environment.
* You have a strong desire to succeed and provide the best possible service.
