We are partnering with a leading Australian asset and investment management group to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver major retail and shopping centre developments.
This role will suit a commercially astute professional with proven experience delivering large-scale retail / shopping centre projects from early feasibility and planning through to completion and handover. You will work across new developments and major redevelopments, managing consultants, contractors, budgets, programs, and key stakeholder interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead projects from feasibility through to practical completion and handover
* Set and manage project timelines, budgets, and scope
* Monitor project deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives
* Provide clear updates and reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership
* Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, and internal teams
* Coach and support project team members
* Ensure strong governance, commercial oversight, and risk management across all phases
Key Requirements:
* Strong end-to-end project management capability (feasibility to completion)
* Client-side or developer experience highly regarded
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong commercial acumen and project planning capability
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
