Job Opportunity: Train Assembly Manager
The Train Assembly Manager will oversee the management, control, and coordination of all activities, strategies, systems, and deliverables related to manufacturing at a maintenance centre in Dubbo.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deploy business management plans and strategies to ensure compliance or improvement.
* Monitor and report on progress against established business management plans.
* Stay up-to-date with industry-wide best practices that influence daily operations.
* Maintain accurate records according to established procedures.
* Adhere to confidentiality and maintain a positive image among stakeholders.
* Pursue relevant training opportunities to support company objectives.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in similar or related roles.
* A tertiary qualification relevant to the position, such as an Engineering Diploma/Master's Degree.
* Experience with office management software, including MS Office.
