* Salary: $68,489 - $76,980 gross p.a. plus 12% Super
* 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with the option of flexitime
* Located at Nowra Administration Building, Bridge Road

About The Role
In this role, you will provide efficient administrative and secretarial support to the Customer & Community Services Department, coordinating workflows to meet deadlines and working collaboratively across teams to support key projects, events, and community initiatives. This includes:
* Provide efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to facilitate a high standard of customer service for the Customer & Community Services Department.
* Effectively coordinate the administrative workflows in Customer & Community Services to achieve deadlines and meet customer expectations including:
o Incoming and outgoing correspondence tracking
o Meetings and events, including developing agendas, minute taking and arrangement of resources
o Purchase orders and invoice matching, to ensure prompt payment for goods and services
o Internet and intranet content updates
* Work collaboratively with teams within Customer & Community Services to provide administrative support for project and strategic initiatives, such as community engagement, events and grant applications.

About You
To be successful in the position, you will have:
* Certificate IV in Office Administration/Secretarial Studies or equivalent
* Current Class C Driver's Licence
* Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (visa)
* Extensive experience in providing secretarial and administrative support to a large team
* Extensive experience in coordinating the administrative workflows of a large team to support the achievement of deadlines and a high standard of customer service
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while supporting teams across various projects and community initiatives.
