Marsupial are seeking a Horticulturist Team Leader - Maintenance to join our fast paced team based in the South East Queensland. This role is a hands on one involving all facets of planting and grounds maintenance in addition to performing team leader duties. This full-time permanent opportunity is based on the North side of Brisbane.

Responsibilities include:
* Leadership of a small team
* Auditing, record keeping and reporting
* Various landscape management duties, including:
* Garden and tree planting
* Mowing
* Mulching
* Pruning
* Pest and disease identification
* Hedging and weeding
About you:
* Great attitude, communication skills, organised, problem solver, friendly and approachable.
* Drivers licence (manual)
* MR vehicle licence (Preferred)
* Construction Induction (White) Card
* Cert III in Parks and Gardens or qualification in Horticulture / Arboriculture
* Experience in Landscape Maintenance
* A passion for working outdoors and improving the environment
