Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of two large-scale technology programs that are critical to the organisation’s digital future. You’ll be part of a high-performing team focused on modernising infrastructure, improving user identity management, and enabling a more secure, efficient workplace.
In this role, you’ll work closely with technical teams and business units to elicit, document, and refine both functional and non-functional requirements. You’ll perform deep-dive data analysis to identify gaps and inefficiencies and provide insights to support business decisions. You’ll play a key role in coordinating the logistics and planning around large-scale rollouts—whether that’s software deployment or hardware refreshes—ensuring communications are clear, user impact is minimised, and timelines are met. Facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and user interviews will be a regular part of your day, as will maintaining oversight of risks, dependencies, and progress across multiple streams of work.
On offer is an exciting career where you'll make an impact and work with innovative technology solutions. You'll perfect your skills alongside a talented and collaborative team while enjoying the recognition, progression and extensive benefits of a global organisation.
