Job Description:
This is a field-based role perfect for a motivated, autonomous salesperson who thrives on the road and can confidently manage call cycles, negotiate commercial outcomes, and deliver strong growth across a diverse territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow sales across a defined regional territory
2. Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts and independent retailers
3. Identify and secure new business opportunities across various retail channels
4. Analyse sales data and prepare territory reports and forecasts
5. Execute merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies
6. Ensure timely and effective store visits aligned with a structured call cycle
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support customer success
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in territory or field sales, ideally in fashion, pharmacy, or optometry
* Proven ability to grow accounts and open new business
* Excellent relationship management and communication skills
* Strong sales reporting and planning ability, proficient in Excel
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with high integrity
* Full Australian work rights and a current NSW driver's license
