We are seeking Sheet Metal Duct Installers or Trades Assistants to join our team. The role will involve assisting with the installation of sheet metal ductwork and Mechanical HVAC equipment on a variety of projects on commercial construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
* Install and assemble sheet metal ductwork to project specifications
* Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
* Read and interpret drawings and site instructions (training provided)
* Ensure all work meets quality standards
* Maintain a clean and safe job site

* General Construction Induction (White Card)
* Silica Awareness Training
* Police check required (Job Specific)

About You
* Experience in duct installation, sheet metal work, or construction labouring (preferred, not essential for motivated candidates)
* Physically fit and capable of working in a hands-on role
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction
