Accounts Assistant Finance Role
This is a junior-level role that provides the opportunity to kickstart your finance career in a hands-on position.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Reconcile bank and rent statements across multiple locations to ensure accurate payments and identify discrepancies.
* Follow up with landlords to resolve rent issues promptly.
* Assist with invoice processing and tracking outstanding invoices.
* Prepare and distribute monthly finance reports using Excel and accounting systems.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or accounts administration (AP/AR ideal).
* Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel (formulas, logic).
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
