Licensed Aircraft Engineer – LINE MAINTENANCE

EuroAtlantic Airways is an international commercial aviation company registered in Portugal. We operate Boeing 767 and 777 aircraft across a diverse range of routes, including the North Atlantic (USA and Canada), the Caribbean, Central and South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Pacific, Australia, and Oceania. Requirements

* Education: mandatory minimum education
* Certifications: EASA A1, B1 or B1+B2 Licensed Engineers with either B767-300 (PW4000) / B777-200 (GE90)
* Experience: at least 5 years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance
* Availability: to travel on missions outside the country that can reach more than 200 days per year

Responsibilities

* Routine Inspections: Perform daily, pre-flight, and post-flight inspections.
* Scheduled Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance up to A checks in Lisbon or abroad according to commercial operation.
* Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot problems with aircraft systems. Perform on-site repairs during flight layovers to minimize aircraft downtime. Replace faulty components and parts.
* Rectification of Defects: Including component changes within the scope of internal authorization.
* Issue a CRS or Sign-Off: As applicable for maintenance carried out.

Skills

* Expertise in maintenance tasks, inspections, modifications, and troubleshooting.
* Ability to work under time pressure.
* Dealing with aviation technologies, technical documentation, and schematics.
* Commitment to safety and quality procedures.
* Communication skills to coordinate with other team members and flight crews.
* Must have sufficient English language skills.
