The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancer to join our property team. In this role, you will work autonomously while being supported by the Directors. You will manage the day‑to‑day conduct of residential conveyancing files, with opportunities for exposure to commercial conveyancing and a variety of other property transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing conveyancing files from start to finish (A–Z)
* Liaising with clients, referrers, agents and stakeholders
* Networking within the industry to cultivate and maintain referral relationships
* Attending networking events alongside Directors and solicitors

The Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
* A conveyancer with extensive experience - a minimum of three years' current, autonomous residential conveyancing experience
* Comfortable and confident in working both independently and as part of a team
* Confident and proficient in LEAP and PEXA
* Reliable, with excellent communication and client‑service skills
* Highly organised and detail‑oriented
* Willing to learn, grow and develop professionally
