Role Overview:
We have two full-time qualified baker positions available at our Springfield bakery. In this role, you will produce a range of freshly baked breads and pastry items to our high quality standards. You’re expected to work with a passion for baking, maintain hygiene standards and help ensure smooth operations of daily bakery production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mix, measure and bake bread and pastry goods following recipes.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
* Operate bakery machinery responsibly and efficiently.
* Work with the team to meet production schedules.
