Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated administrator to join our team.

* Manage accounts payable & receivable by ensuring timely payments and receipts.
* Process bank feeds and reconcile accounts on a regular basis.
* Develop and implement effective debtor chasing strategies to minimize outstanding balances.
* Assist with stocktake and POS/RMS systems to maintain accurate inventory levels.
* Utilize Excel and Microsoft tools for reporting purposes, providing valuable insights into business operations.

Beyond the key responsibilities listed above, successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They will also be required to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team environment.
