**The Position**
- Work as the manager on duty overseeing all lounge services on shift
- Be the liaison between Compass Group and the client when required
- Be responsible for supervisors & team leaders, assigning tasks and ensuring service standards are adhered to
- Assist Key Account manager with rostering, daily and stock control as required
