Business Specialist SNSW Grade 7/8 (base salary $105,986 - $124,957 plus superannuation and leave loading) Location – NSW wide. This role is required to be in office, or customer facing at least 2-3 days per week 1 x Temporary Full-Time – up to March 2027 About the team The Business Bureau supports small business in New South Wales b providing ongoing, one-on-one support at every stage of their business Journey. We help thousands of small businesses each year navigate Government, set up their business, apply for licenses and more. We are looking for someone who is confident in their ability to navigate the complexities of Government and use their expert knowledge to influence both our internal teams and the business owners they are working with, someone who is not afraid to be seen leading solutions and driving greater outcomes for the business owners of NSW. Responsibilities •Maintain strong relationships with business owners, key stakeholders and other agencies to support delivery of our services. •Partner with our Business Relationship Managers to deliver industry specific support to our frontline teams and provide regular updates and advice on key challenges •Design and deliver capability uplift around your specified industry are that increase customer engagement and support outcomes for businesses About You To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: •A strong understanding of the small business landscape in New South Wales, including experience running or working in a small business •Strong relationship management skills and the ability to research and come up with solutions to complex business issues •Capability to coach and support our staff on small business issues with an aim to finding workable solutions for them to implement for their customers •Confident in writing and presenting research findings to the team including senior stakeholders To Apply: Please submit your resume (3 pages max) and cover letter (2 pages max) outlining your suitability for the role.
