What You'll Do

* Experience with Big Bang migrations, retail banking focus preferred.
* Strong understanding of core banking systems, data migration frameworks, and change governance.
* Track record managing complex multi-vendor environments under high visibility and regulatory oversight.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, translating technical delivery into business value.
* Experience in large-scale integration, acquisition, or consolidation programs highly regarded.
