About The Role
* Lead strategic and operational objectives across key projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
* Oversee end-to-end project management, including planning, resource coordination, risk management, and seamless transition to BAU.
* Drive compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and processes throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate with technical teams and act as the bridge between business and ICT, simplifying complex technical information.
* Promote employee engagement, knowledge sharing, and constructive problem-solving to optimise performance.
* Provide strong leadership and act as an ambassador for RFDS WO, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
* Support organisational change initiatives and ensure accurate assessment of impacts.
* Maintain a strong consumer focus, delivering professional and outcome-driven interactions.
* Champion safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement in all aspects of work.
About You
* Demonstrated experience leading technology projects and delivery functions.
* Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to drive change and clarify roles and responsibilities.
* Highly developed project and contract management expertise, delivering outcomes on time, on budget, and to expected standards.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, mentor, and coach teams, managing resources effectively.
* Experience in strategic planning, change management, and system development.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
* Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, remain flexible, and manage multiple activities.
* Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and handle confidential matters.
* Willingness to work outside normal hours and travel, including interstate, as required.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Computer or Information Science, or related fields.
