We have an exciting part-time opportunity available for switched-on individuals who excel on the phone and have a natural ability to engage with people and build rapport.
As the Telemarketing Specialist, you will have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written. You will need to possess the ability to speak with ANY level key Decision Makers. You will also need to demonstrate your confidence level to be able to overcome all types of objections. They will need to be productive whilst working from home full-time and truly enjoy the art of cold calling & generating leads for clients. This Telemarketing Specialist will be a self-starter with a high level of motivation and initiative whilst genuinely enjoying contributing to the growth of SME businesses within the ANZ market.
THE ROLE
- Outbound Lead Generation on behalf of our clients
- Outbound selling on behalf of our clients
- Registration and information calling on behalf of our clients.
- Mostly B2B - a mix of warm and cold calling
- Sales and results-focused
**Requirements**:
ABOUT YOU
- A passion for sales, enthusiasm to learn and the aptitude to develop new skills are vital
- A positive, commercial and customer-focused mindset
- Above average written and spoken communication skills in English
- Intermediate computer skills
- Outgoing, positive and energetic personality!
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- You are an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or an Australian Permanent resident (with full work capabilities)
- You are able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, a mix of hours between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday NSW time
- You have a home office set up with limited distractions
- You have a computer with a fast internet connection
