Our healthcare client is looking for an Oracle Health PAS Application Support Specialist (Patient Administration Applications). You must have healthcare domain knowledge with the Oracle health platform. This is a service desk environment role with some project-based work.
The Role
The Product Analyst is responsible for a range of cross-functional tasks that incorporate business and technical analysis, agile scrum coordination, application configuration, and testing capabilities.
The role is responsible for supporting product planning, active project delivery, and attending to relevant operational 2nd level support of each product.
The Analyst will work closely with business, internal, and vendor stakeholders to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify enhancement opportunities to develop, implement, and maintain information systems within Digital Health.
The Product Analyst is an integral member of the Product Management team, working alongside other Product Analysts to service multiple products during projects and ongoing support with a focus on continuous improvement activities.
Key Accountabilities
* Deliver key project and operational tasks within the product delivery lifecycle for newly introduced Digital Health systems, while also working closely with project teams within Digital Health and Innovation to manage features already introduced into production.
* Undertake critical technical and business analysis and other cross-functional capabilities, including testing, scrum-based delivery, and application configuration where relevant within appropriate project delivery methodologies across active projects, as well as the support and continuous improvement requirements of each product.
* Assist in the strategic planning activities relevant to the development of the relevant Products introduced into Digital Health and Innovation.
* Participate in elements of the product lifecycle for one or more product services, including support, customer demand, feedback, roadmap planning and prioritization, development, continuous improvement, and any other related dependencies.
* Provide Product Analyst expertise and delivery of 2nd level support and prioritization to the vendor(s), build, edit, and maintain the product backlog, which encompasses all epics, features, user stories, and defects, based on input from stakeholders and business owners.
* Create and update user guides, systems, and process maps. Oversee and guide the production of UI designs and documentation for end-users, administrators, and solution owners.
* Provision of technical training and ongoing support to relevant stakeholders in the use of the service offering / product.
* Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance, including deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects, competing resources, and priorities.
