Remuneration: $72,152.53 - $113,226.00 pa (+ superannuation + salary packaging options) + NSW Health – Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme (conditions apply – to find out more, visit Western NSW LHD Incentives)

About The Role


The most rewarding aspects of this role is being able to work within the community, meeting new patients and seeing positive outcomes for them from interventions that are put in place. The successful applicant would need to have good communication skills to be able to network with other services within the community. There is ongoing support in this role and opportunities for further growth and ongoing professional development opportunities.

The key skills are to have experience and an interest in providing mental health care in the community. Experience is preferred, but not essential.

This position is based in Dubbo where you will be working as a part of the larger Mental Health team Monday to Friday within the hours of 8.30am to 5pm.
