You'll need:
* Current AHIMA/ICD-10-AM coding certification (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in clinical coding within hospital settings
* Strong knowledge of Australian Coding Standards (ACS)
* Proficiency in coding software (e.g. 3M Codefinder, WebPAS, or similar)
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
