People & Culture Partner
We are seeking a People and Culture Partner to support our Human Resources team across the business. This part-time role (0.8 FTE) involves operational HR work, coaching leaders, and enhancing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational HR work including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management
* Coaching and developing leaders to enhance their HR skills and knowledge
* Collaborating with diverse teams across multiple locations to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
This role requires over 5 years of experience in Human Resources, solid knowledge of Australian employment law, and a practical, hands-on approach.
