* $102,506 (G07) per annum, plus 17% superannuation

About the Role:
Working closely with the Project Planning Portfolio Managers and colleagues within the University, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning projects. You will be involved in a diverse range of projects which will vary in size from small fit out projects to larger projects with multiple interfaces to be considered as part of planning for successful design and delivery.
In addition, the role requires that the successful respondent will have the capacity to understand a range of technical matters, including in the field of Health Facility and/or Laboratory Design and be able to use this to develop scopes of work that will result in a successful built-form project.

Your Responsibilities:
* Partner with various stakeholders to establish project deliverables, objectives, and outcomes.
* Manage and monitor projects in terms of timelines, implementation, and evaluation methods.
* Scope development, and coordination of design development by external design consultants.
* Complete needs and feasibility assessment, project proposals, project definition plans, design development, budget, governance, and impact assessment.
* Provide sound advice in terms of statutory requirements, land use planning and asset management in project proposals and development plans.
Who We Are Looking For:
* Relevant qualifications in Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline would be highly preferred or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
* Extensive project planning, stakeholder relationship and project management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
* High level of organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks.
* Sound decision making and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to understand project data and architectural drawings.
* Strong understanding of statutory and compliance requirements relating to the building industry.
